Terms & Conditions — Jose Flores Photography
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Jose Flores Photography online photo shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Photography and Online Galleries
Photographs are provided by Jose Flores Photography. School photo galleries are intended for authorized parents, guardians, students, and other authorized customers who have been provided access.
3. Orders and Payment
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections before completing an order. Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
4. Printed Photo Products
Prints and other personalized photographic products are produced according to the customer's selections. Customers should verify image selections, quantities, sizes, and cropping before submitting an order.
If a printed product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Jose Flores Photography at info@jfloresphotography.com so the issue can be reviewed.
5. Digital Images
Digital image purchases are for personal use only. Customers may download, save, and make personal prints of purchased digital photographs. Copyright remains with Jose Flores Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Digital photographs may not be sold, commercially reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Privacy and Student Photographs
Customer and student privacy is important to us. Access information, QR codes, passwords, or other gallery credentials should not be publicly distributed. Customers should not publicly redistribute photographs of other students or individuals without appropriate permission.
7. SMS/Text Message Consent
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Jose Flores Photography regarding photography services, including gallery availability, opportunities to purchase photos, order reminders, possible shipping deals, and special discounts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing photography products or services.
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Email Communications
Customers who provide an email address may receive communications related to their gallery, orders, photography services, and, where permitted or consented to, promotional offers.
9. Copyright
All photographs remain protected by copyright and are the property of Jose Flores Photography unless copyright has been expressly transferred in writing. Purchasing a print or digital image does not transfer copyright ownership.
